A Coffee Journey

My interest in coffee started at home, with lots of trial and error. Over time, I realized Brazilian beans suited my taste best—and that’s what I wanted to build around.

To learn more, I spent nearly two years working at a coffee chain, focusing on both coffee and customer experience.

When opening Togi’s Coffee Co., I partnered with a local roaster whose beans truly matched my palate. Today, this shop is my way of turning a long-time passion into something real—blending espresso classics with subtle heritage-inspired drinks and recipes I’ve developed along the way.

Coffee is a journey, and I’m happy to still be on the road.
